1. How Gozy Travel Works

Gozy Travel is an independent travel search and comparison platform. We aggregate flight and hotel options from hundreds of airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and hotel chains worldwide, then redirect you to the provider's website to complete your booking.

Important: Gozy Travel is NOT the seller of flights or hotels. We are a comparison intermediary. All reservations, payments, and customer service for your booking are handled directly by the provider you choose (airline, hotel, or OTA).

When you click "Book Now" or "View Deal" on our platform, you are redirected to the provider's website where you will complete the purchase and receive your booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are made directly on the airline, hotel, or OTA website — not through Gozy Travel.
  • Your booking confirmation will be sent by the provider (airline/hotel), not by Gozy Travel.
  • Gozy Travel does not store your payment information or booking details.
  • For any booking modifications, please contact the provider directly using the reference number on your confirmation.
  • Prices shown on Gozy Travel are estimates and may change; the final price is confirmed at checkout on the provider's site.
Always save your confirmation email from the provider. Reference that email for all booking inquiries.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Since bookings are made directly with third-party providers, all cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to the provider where you completed your booking.

  • Contact the airline or hotel directly using your booking reference number.
  • Refund timelines and eligibility are determined by the provider's cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable rates are set by providers; Gozy Travel cannot override them.
  • If you purchased travel insurance through the provider, claim refunds through your insurer.
  • Gozy Travel does not process or manage refunds of any kind.
For airlines: visit the airline's "Manage My Booking" page. For hotels: contact the hotel or OTA where you booked.

4. Flight Questions

  • Baggage allowances are set by each airline — check your airline's website.
  • Check-in opens 24–48 hours before departure on the airline's website or app.
  • Seat selection is managed through the airline's website using your booking reference.
  • Flight delays and cancellations are handled by the airline; contact them directly for rebooking.
  • Visa and entry requirements are your responsibility — check with the destination country's embassy.
  • Gozy Travel is not responsible for flight schedule changes or airline operational issues.

5. Hotel Questions

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests should be made directly with the hotel.
  • Room preferences and special requests must be communicated to the hotel directly.
  • Hotel amenity details (pool hours, spa access, etc.) are managed by the hotel.
  • If you have a dispute about your stay, contact the hotel's management and/or the OTA you booked through.
  • Gozy Travel cannot intervene in disputes between guests and hotels.

6. Affiliate Booking Support

Gozy Travel participates in affiliate programs with travel providers. When you click a booking link on our platform and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission from the provider. This commission does not affect the price you pay.

  • Affiliate links are marked with "Book Now", "View Deal", or similar call-to-action buttons.
  • The provider — not Gozy Travel — is your seller and is responsible for your booking.
  • If you experience issues with an affiliate booking, contact the provider first.
  • Commission earnings help us maintain a free-to-use travel comparison service.

Why is the price different on the provider's website?

Prices can change in real-time based on availability, demand, and currency fluctuations. The final price is always confirmed on the provider's checkout page.

Can I book directly on Gozy Travel?

No. Gozy Travel is a search and comparison tool. All bookings are completed on the provider's website.

My flight was cancelled — what do I do?

Contact the airline directly using the customer service number on your e-ticket or booking confirmation. Airlines are legally required to offer rebooking or refunds for cancelled flights.

Do you store my personal data?

We only collect minimal usage data to improve our platform. We do not store payment information. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is Gozy Travel available in Arabic?

Yes. Gozy Travel is fully available in Arabic (RTL) and 7 other languages including English, Turkish, French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese.
