All content on the Gozy Travel Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand name, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Gozy Travel or its licensors and is protected by Saudi Arabian and international intellectual property laws.

• The "Gozy Travel" name and logo are trademarks of the Company.
• You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
• Content from third-party providers (hotel images, airline logos) belongs to their respective owners.
• Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform is permitted.

Gozy Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Saudi law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
